The Chitwan Chepang Hill Trail, offers a rare combination of cultural and sightseeing experience. One of the most interesting aspects of the trek is getting a glimpse of the Chepang's and other local communities whose settlement is in the mid hill region of Nepal The Chitwan Chepang Hill Trail begins at Hugdi, between Mugling and Krishna Vhir in Dhading district about 80 km from Kathmandu, and ends in Shaktikhor. If one starting from the Chitwan National Park the trail can also be started from Shaktikhor ending at Hugdi.

PARAGLIDING
One of the adventurous sports at this location is paragliding from Siraichuli. Arrangements can be made in Kathmandu or Pokhara through travel and trekking agents.
RAFTING
Enjoy the Chitwan Chepang Hill trek combining it with 3 to 4-hour rafting down the Trishuli River from Charaundi or Galchhi up to Hugdi from where the trek starts. A gentle 2-3 day scenic raft trip down to Narayanghat, only 8 km from Chitwan, gives a different perspective to the countryside. Trips start at Muglin or further up.
