This trekking route is recommended by the past trekkers and as popular as other trekking ranges like the Everest and Annapurna trekking routes. The best season to visit this area is March and April. During this special time, we can see highlights of red rhododendron forests around the Himal. We can also visit Gorkha and Durbar square over there. This place was home to King Prithivi Narayan Shah. His palace can be seen on the top of hill in Gorkha. The greenery views of Gorkha and silvery mountain peaks of Ganesh Himal Range are exquisite form of beauty in the country.
The highest access of this trek is Singla Pass Trek at an altitude of 4,100m. This trek in Ganesh Himal Region starts from Trishuli which is a few hours’ drive from Kathmandu and finally ends in Gorkha which is a six hours of drive to Kathmandu.
