Ganga Jamuna Trek is a moderate and less visited form of newly introduced trekking package in Nepal. You are provided with opportunity of interacting with the ever-smiling and friendly people living in the area to know about their cultures and traditions during the trek.

You pass through beautiful villages where people of different ethnicity like Tamang, Gurung, Rai and Sherpa live. These people have been maintaining their cultures in this place and preserved the natural beauties for foreign comers to visit this place and take away life long memories with them. The trekking route includes beautiful Himalaya ranges and remote villages with is an exquisite combination for trekkers to enjoy. Himalaya ranges like Langtang range, Ganesh Himal, Shringi Himal, Manaslu Range, Lamjung Himal, Hiuchuli, Annapurna range and several others.

As the name suggests, this trek is all about perceiving the beautiful twin waterfall Ganga and Jamuna. This spot with two waterfalls and greeneries all around is like no other trekking spot in the world.


Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport [1,338m/4,389ft]. Transfer to hotel and stay overnight

Day 02: Sightseeing / Cultural Day in Kathmandu Valley. Back to hotel and stay overnight

Day 03: Drive form Kathmandu to Samari Bhanjyang [1,250m/4,101ft] via Trishuli Bazaar [540m/1,771ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 04: Trek from Samari Bhanjyang to Katunje Bazaar [765m/2,509ft] takes about six and half hours. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 05: Trek from Katunje Bazaar to Kin tang Phedi [655m/2,148ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 06: Kin tang Phedi to Jharlang [1,500m/4,921ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 07: Trek from Jharlang to L,aba [2,550m/8,366ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 08: Trek from Laba to Mane Bhanjyang [2,934m/9,625ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 09: Trek from Mane Bhanjyang to Majhgaun [2,200m/7,217ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 10: Trek from Majhgaun to Ganga Jamuna [3,244m/10,643ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 11: Rest day at Ganga Jamuna. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 12: Trek from Ganga Jamuna to Salyantar [1,100m/3,608ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 13: Trek from Salyantar to Arughat Bazaar [500m/1,640ft]. Camp or teahouse overnight

Day 14: Drive from Arughat Bazaar to Kathmandu and Drive back to Kathmandu it will take about 6 to 7 hour drive back to Kathmandu. Hotel overnight

Day 15: Free day in Kathmandu. Back to hotel in the evening and stay overnight
