The Rolwaling Valley provides great views of the mountain peaks around, rich flora and fauna and the traditional cultural heritages. Previous walking experience and a special permit for trekking is required for exploring in this area. As you go through this trekking route, you pass through a great Gompa known as the Bigu Gompa. More than 300 nuns reside in this Gompa. After leaving Barabise, we pass through Tingsang La Pass and further descend until we reach the Bigu Gompa. Walking through the banks of Bhote Koshi River finally we reach the Rolwaling Valley.
